LIVING ROOM
The living room is equipped with a leather sofa that can be pulled out into a bed, original italian sofa table, a dining corner with vintage table and 4 original Egon Eiermann chairs, early 90s stereo and record player with Gründig speakers.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has a built-in bed with removable plexiglass fronts for storage space under the bed, a Philips flatscreen TV and DVD player, clothes rack and drawer set.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a bathtub, window and is equipped with the boiler which heats the entire flat with central heating.
